Tight Lines: Fish Tales from the OBX

Every fisherman has a good fish tale to share.  I believe that every painting should tell a story, as well.  This series, Tight Lines: Fish Tales from the OBX, highlights the dichotomy of fishing in the Outer Banks, where some fish for sport and others fish for their livelyhood.  Like the ebb and flow of the ocean tides, there's both beauty and danger in man's relationship with the sea.  

Whether fishing from shore, a pier, or on a fishing boat in the ocean, what brings those all fishermen together at the end of the day are their stories of big fish and the ones that got away.  I wish you all "tight lines" as you embark on your next fishing adventure in the OBX!
